A jam and marmalade master class led by Rachel Saunders. Transplanting modern nostalgia to the tropics, Rachel will teach you traditional preserving techniques and how to approach flavor and texture, while exploring the full range of ways to combine fruits, herbs, and spices into luscious spreads. When you are not stirring bubbling fruit concoctions, tour local spice farms and uncover exotic ingredients native to Belize. By the conclusion of the course, you will have gained the skills and confidence necessary to become a successful and creative home jam maker.
